Schedule & Pay
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
o Some Saturdays required during peak season
Pay:
o Regular: $18.66/hour
o Overtime: $27.99/hour
Not seasonal – consistent work year-round

Job Duties
As a Fish Processor, you will:
Operate grinders and other equipment to process fish for packaging
Sort, clean, and fillet fish according to company standards
Package and label seafood products
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
Follow safety procedures and quality control guidelines
Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work well in a team
Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, push, and pull for full shifts
Personal transportation (location is not on a bus line)
